Appreciate the refreshingly honest take here. My fiance and I have booked a stay at the Forestis in June for our honeymoon and I couldn't be more excited, however I feel better going into it with more realistic expectations. We had intended to spend about 5 days there and dropped it down to only two after getting a gut check over the price at checkout and instead are spending the other days exploring a different area of the Dolomites at a gorgeous hotel for 1/3 of the price! Excited to circle back to this post after our stay
Appreciate your review and glad you were able to stay at a bucket list spot! Those experiences are special. Ive always associated top notch customer service with higher price points. It should be embedded in the cost if you’re spending that much on a hotel regardless of the country in my opinion.
